We invite you to consider becoming a Wellmont Foundation Associate Member with a contribution to the hospital, program, or service that touches you most. All gifts are included for membership and Annual Member Levels are based on a calendar year. As a Wellmont Foundation Associate Member you will receive publications, event invitations, and important announcements to help keep you informed of pertinent happenings at Wellmont and its hospitals. As an Associate you are among the most dedicated supporters of Wellmont Foundation and the hospitals which we serve.
