Guardian Angel Program
The patients and their families served by Wellmont hospitals are accompanied through their healthcare journey by our qualified and compassionate caregivers. The nurses, doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals help you when you are weak, tired, and defenseless. However, their jobs can leave them exhausted, frustrated, and unappreciated. This program offers a meaningful way to show your appreciation for a healthcare provider who was your Guardian Angel by making a donation in their honor. The caregiver will be notified of your gift and any comments you wish to provide will be shared (though gift amount will remain confidential). They will also be recognized among their peers for this honor. Unrestricted donations will be used for education and training, but you may designate your gift to the hospital or clinical area of your choice.
