About the Children's Miracle Network Radio-Thon
Each year 96.6 WXBQ and Electric 94.9 dedicates two full days to reaching out across the Tri-Cities area to share the heartwarming, sometimes heart-breaking, stories of the kids and families whose lives are forever changed by the quality care they receive at Wellmont Health System. Along the way corporate and individual donations are solicited on-air, giving Tri-Cities residents the opportunity to make miracles happen for kids in our community.

Radiothon History
The Radiothon program has been an integral part of Children’s Miracle Network’s fundraising efforts since 1997. The more than 300 stations who participate in Children's Miracle Network Radiothons have raised more than $280 million in support of 170 hospitals in their respective communities.
